welcome to my internet home. this blog used to be cool, with insights about mental health, social policy, pop culture and the like. now, it's a chaotic collection of my mis-spelled, scribbled-down notes on motherhood (who has time to proof read?). it's over-ran with goldfish cracker crumbles, slobery wet kisses, and un-edited pictures. and i would have it no other way. feel free to laugh and cry along side me while I balance a practice (mental heath) and motherhood, and their interconectedness

Pink Spotted Leopard does Halloween

Lyla wanted to wish everyone a Happy Halloween. She quite enjoyed her first holiday. I've always loved Halloween but I'm starting to see how every Holiday is going to be that much more fun with her around. As the cutest spotted Leopard ever, she did some trick or treating (snuggled in the baby bjorn)with her cousins (Elsie, as Ariel with legs [her idea] and Addy as Sebastian the crab), her Aunt Jenny (as Ursula) and Grammy (as a scare crow). Lyla also enjoyed an evening at grammys playing games and watching us eat homemade donuts (that were worth every dimple on my behind). She would like to thank her Auntie Brooke for the amazingly cute costume. Here's some photos.
Our First Halloween as a Threesome Lovin the Baby Bjorn
The Crew (minus Todd)
Her makeup pretty much only stayed on for one minute due to her need to suck on her binky constantly I forget to look at the camera!
Lovin our little pumpkin patch
Really? You're gonna make me stay propped up like this?
