welcome to my internet home. this blog used to be cool, with insights about mental health, social policy, pop culture and the like. now, it's a chaotic collection of my mis-spelled, scribbled-down notes on motherhood (who has time to proof read?). it's over-ran with goldfish cracker crumbles, slobery wet kisses, and un-edited pictures. and i would have it no other way. feel free to laugh and cry along side me while I balance a practice (mental heath) and motherhood, and their interconectedness

Wildflower Festival

We went to the Wildflower Festival at Cedar Breaks again this year.  I wanted to go because I knew my little outdoorsy baby would love all that free range to run around in.  Of course she loved it.  It was a little chilly and all the rain kind of killed a lot of the wildflowers, but we still had a great time.  We didn’t make it far on the hike because Lyla insisted on smelling every flower/weed we passed.  It was easily the most adorable thing you’ve ever seen watching her bend down and sniff each one. She also loved chasing all the beautiful butterflies.  Lottie was a sweet angel snuggled in the byorn.
